$25 for up to 3 hours. The house should be done in that time. (provided you don’t have a mansion or castle)
how big a house? what level of cleaning – dusting, windows, scrubbing toilets, etc?
Depends on the size of the house and duties done. An average 3 bedroom house , no washing but changing sheets should be around $60 in the Dallas market. First time cleaning runs around $100 then $60 every other week. Smaller houses slightly less, larger slightly more
Why don’t you call some of the ‘major’ cleaning companies and ask what they charge for a house with.. 3 bedrooms 2 bath?
Also, you’ll want to see how long it takes YOU to clean a house, and how many houses a day.
I’ll make a guess at $50-$100 per house – with the above criteria

In Jakarta, its about 500,000 rupiah for a month. Equivalent to US $55. Yes a total of 55 US for a month.
A 3 bedroom house if it takes about 2 hours to do you can charge $80. Also depends on the amount of cleaning because some people want the clothes laudered and dishes washed and that normally isn’t part of house cleaning, you can charge and extra $10. Now a smaller house like a 2 bedroom can cost more if it is so dirty and deplorable then a 5 bedroom house that is spotless.
Generally speaking:
2 Bedroom $60
3 Bedroom $80
4 Bedroom $100
Then take into account how much cleaning has to be done and if you will buy all the house hold cleaners or let the owners buy it. Also if they have it done often like once a week as opposed to every 15 days you might want to give them a discount of $20 depending on how much the house is. If the house is a $180 cleaning give them $20 off. If its $90 give them $10. Stay away from houses that the owners give you a list of exactly what to do, they will drive you insane. Don’t be afraid to stop cleaning on a house if it isn’t worth it and if you get a $180 house hold on to it.
