The going rate around here is $10/Hr.
However, you need to be insured and bonded. Many people outside your family are not willing to let you just come in and clean, if you are not bonded or insured.
Your cost for that you would need to check locally, but it isn’t something you could just do in your free time. They will want you on a regular schedule and expect you to be reliable.
