I have owned a cleaning business for many years doing mostly construction cleaning. Now there is not that much of that type of cleaning going on. I have gone to a few banks to talk with someone about cleaning foreclosed homes, but all I am told is they don’t handle that at the bank, and no one can tell me who to contact.

I would say though the door, but if you find a window open, you could use that too.
Most likely they will not want to fork out that kind of money that may not add much more value in this market. It is a great ideas though.

By having a good backround check
your best bet is real estate agents. banks don’t want to spend any more money on foreclosed homes so if you hook up with a bunch of real estate agents they can refer you to their clients who buy foreclosed homes.

wow that job must suck i hate cleaning so i have no tips
hope that you will keep cleaning and once in your life you can come clean my house. it is really messy because i have Justin timperlake, beyonce, Rhianna, jonas brothers, selina gomez, and demie lovoto come over tomm.
maybe try getting in contact with your local Realtor. even if they can’t hire you they should give you some good advice or point you in the correct direction! hope you find the job you want. Good Luck
Foreclosed homes are usually sold “as is” sometimes at auction, so there is nobody to contact before the house is sold.
You might want to consider advertising so that people who buy foreclosed homes are made aware of your services and can contact you for estimates. There are different opportunities for advertising, including on foreclosure websites, maybe the auction flyer and location, and in general real-estate publications.
Hope this helps!
