I just have a heck of a time sticking with it & not feeling like I’m being tortured while I do it. I do play upbeat music….have tried timing myself by the song, i.e. getting certain tasks done before a song is over…but none of it is working today. I NEED to get the house clean but I don’t wanna. I know I’m going to have to turn this PC off for one thing
